When placing your first order, you will be asked to set a personal password. After that, you can log in at any time under "My Account" using the email address you provided when placing the order and your password to view your orders.

Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page.You will then receive an email with a link to create a new password. Also check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive right away. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our customer service — we will be happy to assist you.

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it in “My Account” and receive a refund. Unfortunately, changes to the order are not possible — in this case, please simply place a new order.

We do not have a physical store, but you can place your order online and pick it up in Pulheim once payment has been received. During the checkout process, simply select the “Pickup” option instead of “Shipping.” This way, you can collect your yarn quickly and conveniently on site.

You can return the goods under certain conditions. Please refer to our right of withdrawal policy — there you will find all the important information.

You can return the yarn within 14 days of receipt if you would like a refund. If you return it later, but within 60 days, we will be happy to provide you with the amount in the form of a voucher.Further details about your rights can be found in our right of withdrawal policy, which you can view at any time on our website.

No worries, we are flexible: You can also return the yarn within 60 days. In this case, you will receive the amount as a voucher for your next order. The voucher is valid for one year. Unfortunately, a cash refund is not possible.

In principle, the customer bears the cost of the return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will of course cover the cost. In this case, please contact our customer service in advance so that we can correctly allocate the return.

The lot number (also called yarn batch) identifies a specific production batch of a yarn. It ensures that yarn from the same batch matches in color and texture.

Yarn from different batches can vary slightly in color or material composition. When knitting a project with several skeins, this can result in visible color differences.

The lot number is printed on the label of each ball of yarn.When buying yarn for a project, make sure that all the balls have the same lot number.

If you need more yarn for your project and want to ensure that the new balls have the same lot number as your current ones, please contact our customer service and we will check the availability for you. You can then include your desired lot number in the "Add a note" section when placing your order.

This way, you can ensure that your project maintains an even color result.

It’s best to alternate the balls while knitting — for example, knit rows alternately from each ball — to evenly distribute any color differences. This way, the variation is hardly noticeable.

The stockist directory lists all official Pascuali retailers where you can purchase our yarns and patterns. It helps you quickly find a retailer near you.

On our website, you can search the directory and filter by city, postal code, or region to find suitable retailers in your area. Retailers do not always stock all Pascuali yarns and colors, so we recommend contacting the store directly in advance.

In November 2023, we updated our shop and, for security reasons, unfortunately did not transfer older codes. If you received your code before this date, please contact our customer service directly and provide us with the code — we will be happy to update it for you.

It’s simple: Select the “E-Book” product in the shop and add it to your cart. At checkout, enter your code in the designated field — and you’re all set for your new project!

2. Questions about yarns, production, GOTS certification, and harmful substances

No, our yarns are only available as skeins or balls.For knitting machines, this means you may need to wind the yarn onto a spool or cone before you can start. For hand knitters, however, working directly from a skein or ball is particularly easy.

Knots or small irregularities in the yarn are unfortunately sometimes unavoidable during production. On our blog, you will find tips on how to best deal with them. If you discover several faulty spots, simply contact our customer service by email at customer-service@pascuali.de — we will find a solution together!

3. Questions about knitting patterns, knitting, and yarn consumption

Please note that we can only provide support for our own knitting patterns. For patterns from other providers, please contact the respective seller directly.

If you find an error in one of our patterns, we would appreciate it if you could describe it to us via email as well. After review, we will correct the error in the next update of the pattern.

To know exactly how much yarn you need for your project, simply check the respective product page. There you will find our Yarn Requirement Check for each yarn, which shows you at a glance the amount suitable for your project. This way, you can ensure you won’t run out of yarn while knitting and that your project will turn out exactly as you envisioned.

After purchase, you will receive an email with the download link. You can also download the pattern at any time from your customer account.
