Specifications
Origin
Lustrous cardigan made from a feel-good organic merino silk blend.
The Valetta cardigan is worked seamlessly in rows. You start knitting in the back, below the armholes, by doing a provisional cast on. The upper part of the back is knitted up to the neckline. Then the work is divided and both front parts are knitted separately. The shoulders are shaped with short rows while continuous increases add width. The back and front parts of the cardigan are then joined to finish the body in one piece. The sleeves are knitted in rounds from the top down. A delicate lace pattern accentuates the sleeves.
The sizes XS [ S; M; L; XL; XXL; XXXL ] are designed to fit a chest circumference of 29 [ 32; 35; 39; 42; 47; 52 ]"
The cardigan has a tight fit and should be worn with a positive ease of 0.4 to 3.1” (1 to 8 cm). Example: If your bust circumference is 35" (90 cm), you choose to knit size M to get a relatively tight fitting cardigan with a positive ease of some 1.5"(4 cm).

6 (6, 7, 7, 8, 9; 9) x 50 g 1.76 oz) Pascuali Saffira (75% organic merino ultrafine, 25% mulberry silk) in the chosen colour.
