With Baby Cashmere Delizia, softness reaches its most refined form. It is produced exclusively at the renowned Cariaggi mill in Italy. The yarn is made using an innovative chainette construction developed by Mr. Cariaggi, which creates exceptional volume and softness.

This extraordinary yarn is made from the first undercoat of young cashmere goats living in the Mongolian Highlands, a region known for producing some of the finest cashmere. The harsh climate encourages the growth of an ultra-fine insulating undercoat, resulting in fibers with a diameter of just 13.5 microns.

Exceptionally gentle and light, the yarn creates a fabric that feels almost weightless while offering a beautifully fluid and elegant drape.

Its natural undyed shade (Color 54) highlights the purity of the fiber and its understated elegance.

What makes Baby Cashmere unique?

The term “baby” describes the first and finest undercoat collected from young goats. Because only very small quantities can be obtained, Baby Cashmere is considered one of the rarest and most luxurious natural fibers.
