PATTERN | BIG WAVE SWEATER

The oversized BIG WAVE pullover is worked from the top down using one strand each of the qualities Nepal and Manada, held together throughout. After working the collar, the neck opening is shaped using short rows; at the same time, you work increases on both sides of the saddle shoulders in the front and back sections. Next, you work more increases for the sleeve caps until the desired sleeve width is achieved. Now you divide the work for the body and sleeves and continue working in rounds on each section, ending each time with a wide stripe in garter stitch rib.

The sizes correspond to the bust circumference as follows:
XS/S [ M/L; XL/XXL; 3XL/4XL; 5XL ] = 30–32 [ 35–39; 42–46; 50–54; 58 ]” (= 76–82 [ 90–98; 107–117; 127–137; 147 ] cm) bust circumference (measured on the body).

The pullover has an oversized fit with relatively straight sleeves and body shape.

Example: If your bust measures 90 cm, make the pullover in size M/L and it will have a comfortably loose fit with approx. 9“ (22 cm) of positive ease.

5 (5; 6; 7; 8) x 25g Pascuali Manada (45% mohair, 25% silk, 15% yak, 15% virgin wool) in your preferred color.
