Description
This beautiful Chinampa sweater (Spanish-Aztec: "reed fence") was designed and knitted by the well-known Spanish knitting and crochet designer Cecilia Losada (MammaDIY).
The yoke is knitted with 3 colors and represents a motif from the Toltec and Aztec cultures of the Mexican peoples of the 10-12 centuries. The lower part of the sweater, knitted in a simple, single-colored structure pattern, forms a harmonious contrast to the upper part.
The sweater is worked top down. It has a normally loose fit and is worn with a positive easy of about 4''/10 cm.
The model in the picture wears a size 3 (M), her body has 34” / 87 cm bust circumference and is 68” / 172 cm tall.
