Product information

Our yarn Nube made of 100% virgin wool is a real eye-catcher! It is a fancy yarn that falls under the“bulky” category and that does not need colour or special patterns because its structure alone will guarantee a very special look and feel. We chose to call it “nube” which is the Spanish word for “cloud” precisely because its “lumpy” texture is reminiscent of that of a cloud. Furthermore, it is incredibly light and feathery soft.

Nube comes in its natural colour and is of course mulesing-free. The wool comes from Peru where the sheep graze free and are kept according to ecological standards. Through sustainable farming, woolgrowers are able to protect and regenerate the land, and care for the health and wellbeing of their sheep.

In the production of our natural yarns, we pay special attention to the high level of sustainability in every step of the process from the farm to the finished yarn making sure that our high standards are met in terms of of environmental protection, animal welfare, working conditions and fair pay.

Nube can be knitted with thick needles to achieve extravagant pieces in record time. Be it a hat, scarve, shawl, cowl, jacket, pillow or a bag you will definitely have a unique piece with a super exciting look.
