Product information

Letho Cardigan, designed by the Dutch knit designer Natasja Hornby (Moonstruckmermaid on Ravelry and @moonstruck_knits on Instagram), is a real masterpiece that will always keep you warm. You need a little time, patience and certainly experience to implement this knitting project because the cardigan is constructed in an extraordinary way. The construction begins at the cuffs. The body of the cardigan is knitted in 2 halves and then cast off with 3 needles.

The cardigan has a casual brioche shawl collar and the tucks on the cuffs are in a contrasting color.

Knitting designer Julia-Maria Hegenbart, better known as Feinmotorik, has created a perfect combination of Balayage and Manada for her Letho cardigan, which we also offer as a yarn bundle. Because the Balayage-Manada yarn combination is a bit thinner than the one given in the pattern, Julia recommends using the information for a larger size as a guide in order to get the right size you want.

The sizes correspond to bust circumference as follows: XS (S; M; L; XL; XXL) = 108 (118; 130; 136; 148; 160) cm / 42.5 (46.5; 51.25; 53.5; 58.25; 63)'' chest circumference. The cardigan is worn with a positive easy of 15 cm/6''.

The dark grey main part is knitted with a single strand of Balayage paired with a strand of Manada. The light grey and yellow parts are done with  Balayage double-stranded.

On Feinmotorik`s Ravelry page you will find her notes to guide you in knitting this pattern with our yarns.
