Pascuali conditions for gift vouchers

Our terms of use and sales as well as our data protection declaration apply to the purchase of Pascuali gift vouchers.

In addition, the following Pascuali conditions for gift vouchers apply:

1. Subject

A Pascuali gift certificate can be used to purchase yarn, patterns and knitting materials. The voucher will be sent to you by email with a voucher code after receipt of payment of the voucher amount. The voucher can be passed on to third parties. Once the voucher has be given to another party, the voucher code may no longer be used by you or given to others. If the purchase price exceeds the voucher value, the remaining amount must then be paid by the buyer. Yarns, patterns and knitting materials can be combined in the shopping cart and paid for with the Pascuali gift voucher.

2. Redeem the gift voucher

After you have entered the voucher code in the corresponding voucher field during the purchase process, the purchase price is reduced by the voucher amount. Once payment has been successfully completed, the voucher will have value for the amount paid. After receipt of payment, you will receive the gift card as a PDF and by post within 24 hours.

3. Remaining credit

Any remaining credit is retained and can be used for further purchases by entering the voucher code again. A cash payment of the (remaining) value of a gift voucher is not possible.

4. Validity

Pascuali gift vouchers must be redeemed by the end of the third year or 1095 days after the voucher code has been transmitted. After that the voucher loses its validity.

5. Fraud

Should Pascuali discover an attempt at deception or fraud in connection with the purchase or redemption of gift vouchers, Pascuali is entitled to block the member accounts concerned and / or to deactivate the vouchers concerned. There is then no entitlement to the redemption or payment of the corresponding vouchers.

6. Combination of gift certificates

Only one Pascuali gift voucher can be used and redeemed per order. A combination of vouchers is not possible. However, a combination of Pascuali offers in the shopping cart is feasible and can be paid for with a gift voucher during the payment process.
