Linen Bloom
A New Expression of Nature and Color
Linen Bloom is a celebration of nature in its purest form. It is a beautifully balanced yarn that celebrates the timeless charm of linen with a modern, luxurious twist. Spun from finest GOTS linen gathered in Normandy, France, every fiber is carefully selected and processed in line with the rigorous ecological and social criteria of the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).
Why We Called It “Linen Bloom”
We named it Linen Bloom because it captures the quiet poetry of transformation; the moment when nature unfolds into beauty. This yarn quite literally blooms from the earth. With every touch, every stitch, every wash, it softens becoming richer, and more beautiful as it blossoms into its full character. It is a gentle reminder that true beauty lives in growth, change, and the art of perfect imperfection.
Inside Linen Bloom’s Magic
What truly sets Linen Bloom apart is its color story: a thoughtfully designed collection of 15 shades, each dyed exclusively with natural-based dyes which give it a matte-gloss finish and a gentle elasticity, making it a joy to knit and wear.
A Yarn Colored by Nature’s Hand in Italy by Tintoria di Quaregna
Our colors are created in collaboration with Tintoria di Quaregna, pioneers of NATURALE coloration: an eco-minded process that draws pigments from plants, herbs, roots, flowers, and bark. Think logwood, madder, indigo, reseda, walnut, safflower, juniper, and more—each chosen for its beauty, history, and harmony with the fiber. Their system delivers reproducible, consistent shades from delicate pastels to deep blues and blacks and is recognized by Woolmark as the first natural coloration technology of its kind.
At Tintoria di Quaregna, change isn’t just a concept; it’s happening in living color. Their pioneering natural dyeing process is redefining how textiles are made, proving that beauty and sustainability can share the same dye pot.
The result is a palette that feels alive, serene, sophisticated, and perfectly imperfect in the way that only nature can be. The colors mellow and deepen with use, lending every piece a quietly timeless character.

Care Instructions
Linen Bloom is dyed to be colorfast, and like all naturally dyed yarns, it reveals its lasting beauty through gentle, mindful care.
- Wash the finished garment once before first wear.
- Wash gently using mild, neutral detergents.
- Do not use aggressive stain removers.
- Do not dry in direct sunlight.
- Wash dark and light colors separately.
Indigo and dark shades may initially release a small amount of color through friction or perspiration. This is a normal characteristic of natural dyed yarns. It can be easily washed out and does not affect color fastness or the finished garment.
What is Linen Bloom Dyed with?
All Linen Bloom colors are vegan-dyed, except for Color 10 – Enchanted Rose, which uses carmine (Dactylopius coccus) a natural crimson dye derived from the cochineal insect, which feeds on prickly pear cacti in South and Central America. The insects produce carminic acid, which is extracted to create a vibrant red pigment used in foods (yogurts, drinks), cosmetics (lipsticks), and textiles.

Pure Color. Zero Compromise. 100% Nature.
- No harsh chemicals, more nature Each shade is created from herbs, roots, bark, and flowers instead of synthetic dyes. No toxins, no harsh residues, just pure, natural colors.
- Less waste, more life Even the by-products find new purpose: leftovers from the dyeing process are reused as natural fertilizers or converted into biomass for renewable energy.
- Fighting climate change, one color at a time By replacing petroleum-based dyes with plant-based pigments, the process lowers CO₂ emissions and supports vegetation that helps absorb carbon from the atmosphere.
- Cleaner color, cleaner conscience Every shade produced through the NATURALE process is completely biodegradable, leaving behind only the beauty of what you create.
