PATTERN | TRENZADO VEST
Designed by Bettina Wienecke
Pattern language: German
Skill level: Easy
Measurement/Size: S, M, L, XL
The “Trenzado” design is a classic that is always trendy.
We chose the Spanish name Trenzado which means braided because of the pattern used on the front side. It looks like a braid and contrasts with the stockinette used on the back side. The ribbing for the front and back are deliberately knitted in different lengths and are not sewn together when the two sides are put together at the end. Trenzado also stands out with its outward side seams.
The button on the shoulders accentuate the vest, but you are free to leave them out if you like.
This vest is knitted with our Pascuali Alpaca fino yarn. It is 100% alpaca wool with a length of 109 yds per 50 grams. The model was knitted with needle size 4,5 mm | 7 US | 7 UK
A gauge swatch of 4" x 4" in stocking stitch is 20 stitches and 28 rows.
For sizes S (34/36) and M (38/40) you will need 6 balls, size L (42/44) requires 7 balls and size XL (46/48), 8 balls.
